Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Free (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: Paid option (2–3 business days)
  • Express Shipping: Paid option (1–2 business days)

Rates for expedited and express shipping are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it's placed.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reach out to us at lumecroft@gmail.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
